Mobile
Deployment
|
This business utilizes the inflatable barricades to deliver live
gaming in just about any location
indoor or outdoor. The key to this
business model is the using the
inflatables to deliver games at busy
festivals which exposes large
numbers of people to the game, they
fall in love with it and what it for
there next event - corporate
function, birthday party, social
group etc. This business model
requires plenty of work, but it is
very low overhead and works a treat.
Advertising costs are very low. A
detailed discussion of this business
model can be found at

Forest
Deployment
|
This is the
business model where you locate is a
more permanent outdoor setting.
Within this model, there are two
basic options a) Build/buy a
location with attractive facilities
that maximize value from the
customer - food, drink, merchandise
sales b) Establish a battlefield as
part of an existing busy facility.
What has not worked well, is
standalone facility that does not
make maximum income and keep people
on site. It is possible however if
the customer acquisition costs are
low to use areas with less
facilities viably, this needs the
combined arms described later.

Indoor
Urban Deployment
|
Generally in a high traffic area, this model involves setting up an indoor arena and associated
FEC facilities. Typically using the urban inflatables however some people construct a permanent arena. This model definitely needs a large middle class drawing population to be viable - its quite high overhead, so it needs a strong stream of business.

Combined Arms Deployment
|
The Combined Arms business model revolves around have a mobile unit like model 1 that provides sample games to numerous people at festivals that is used to direct people to the full Battlefield experience typically in the woods. It is a very flexible business model, allowing delivery of services to just about any size group in just about any location. It is the business model we use in Brisbane for our retail business where we deliver everything from backyard parties for kids right through the large corporate events in the forest, we work with a lot of resorts in the region as well
for corporate entertainment. Discussion can be found at
